Process and Timelines
How does a signage project work from start to finish?
Most projects move through site survey, design, permitting, fabrication, installation, and closeout. For complex or multi-location projects, a dedicated project manager coordinates the entire process.
How long does a signage project take?
Timelines vary by product. Simple printed and vinyl products run a few days to a couple of weeks. Channel letters run four to eight weeks. Monument, pylon, and large building signs run six to sixteen weeks, depending on fabrication and permitting. We confirm a realistic timeline at the start of every project.
Do you offer design services?
Yes. Our in-house design team develops signage from your brand standards through engineered, fabrication-ready drawings. We also work from client-provided print-ready artwork.
Can you work with our architect or general contractor?
Yes. We coordinate directly with architects, general contractors, and project managers, with drawings and schedules compatible with construction document workflows.
Permitting and Compliance
Do you handle sign permits?
Yes. Permitting, code review, and inspection coordination are handled in-house as part of the project, across Atlanta and the surrounding municipalities.
How long does sign permitting take in Atlanta?
Standard permit timelines run two to six weeks from submission, depending on the jurisdiction. Variances, ADA review, and historic district approvals add time.
Are your signs ADA-compliant?
Yes. Interior signs identifying permanent rooms and spaces are built to the current ADA Standards for Accessible Design, including tactile lettering, Braille, contrast, and mounting position.

Can you repair or refurbish an existing sign?
Yes. We service signs originally built by Vision One and by other shops, including LED retrofits, refacing, repainting, and structural repair.
