Why Fabrication Is the Phase Most People Underestimate
Two signs with the same design can come out of two shops looking completely different. The difference is in the material selection, the cut tolerance, the joinery, the finish, the electrical work, and the QA before the sign leaves the floor.
Vision One treats fabrication as the phase where the project either delivers on the design or compromises it.
What We Fabricate
Fabrication Capabilities
Metal Fabrication
Aluminum, steel, and stainless metal work including cutting, welding, polishing, brushing, painting, and powder coating.
Acrylic and Plastic Fabrication
Acrylic cutting, polishing, routing, layering, edge-lighting integration, and dimensional acrylic builds.
CNC Routing and Carving
CNC routing for HDU, foam, aluminum, and acrylic. Sandblasting and carving for dimensional and traditional signage.
Digital and Wide-Format Printing
UV-stable digital printing for wall graphics, banners, vehicle wraps, and large-format installations. Dye-sublimation printing for fabric displays and trade show graphics.
LED and Electrical Integration
Internal LED installation for illuminated signs, with electrical work coordinated with our in-house electrical team. See our Lighting & Electrical service page for the full scope.
Hardware and Mounting
Mounting hardware engineered and prepared in-house, including custom brackets, standoffs, raceways, and structural supports.
Quality Control and Standards
Material Selection
Every project starts with materials selected for the actual environment and lifespan, not the lowest possible cost.
In-Process Inspection
Each fabrication stage is inspected before the next stage begins. Errors caught at the shop floor cost a fraction of errors caught at the install.
Pre-Install QA
Every sign is inspected against the engineered drawing before it leaves the shop, with electrical components tested and finishes verified.
Brand Fidelity Review
Color, font, and proportion are verified against the original brand standards on every sign that leaves our floor.
Why Vision One for Sign Fabrication
Service for Any Sign
We service signs originally built by Vision One and signs built by other shops. The diagnostic, repair, and replacement work is handled to the same standard either way.
One Vendor for Maintenance and New Builds
When the time comes to replace a sign that has reached end of life, the same team that has been servicing it knows the location, the brand, and the specs.
Documented and Tracked
Service history is documented and kept on file, so the next service call starts with the history of every prior call.
Frequently Asked Questions
Most fabrication is handled in-house. For specialty processes that fall outside our capabilities (large-scale stone carving, cast bronze in certain conditions), we work with vetted production partners while the project remains under Vision One project management.
